Full-contour zirconia,
finished
by hand.
Full-arch implant rehabilitations. A titanium bar when the case calls for it, not out of habit. Several automated milling machines that handle any material, 3D printing with the implant connection built in and no Ti-base, and a bench where form is still judged under raking light.

How we work
The machine
and the hand
The digital workflow gets us to the right piece in fewer steps and with fewer transfer errors. It doesn't decide how the piece should be made. For each stage: what the machine does, and what stays at the bench.
What we deliver
The whole craft,
with today's machines
From removable prosthetics to full-contour zirconia: we make everything a dental laboratory makes, with old-school skills and a fully digital workflow. Full-arch implant rehabilitations are at the heart of what we do; everything else is made by the same hands.

The lab
Digital hasn't
replaced
the bench
We are a young, fully digital laboratory. But we built the digital workflow on top of the old craft, not in its place: the person who designs on screen is the same one who characterises by brush and layers the pink ceramic. That is why so few pieces come back.
What we work with
For colleagues too
We don't keep
our milling machines
to ourselves
Machines cost money when they sit idle. Two things we do for other labs and for dental practices, without coming between you and your patient.
Milling and printing service
For dental laboratories
- When your milling machine is fully booked, or it's down and the case can't wait.
- When you don't have one, and that's fine. Not every lab needs to buy a milling machine to make two arches a month: it's quicker to send us the file.
- You send us the design, you get the piece back. Milled or printed, ready for your bench. Finishing and colour stay with you: the case stays yours.
- Any material. Zirconia, PMMA, composite, wax, lithium disilicate. Tell us which disc, or we'll choose
Courses on 3D protocols, at our lab
For dental practices and laboratories
- You come here, to the machines. Not a slide show: we scan, design, mill and print the same case together.
- To make chairside work predictable. How to scan an All-on-X case so that it reaches us in usable form, what to photograph and when, which data really matter.
- The real gain comes later. A case set up right the first time doesn't come back, and doesn't cost the patient an extra appointment.
- Small groups, dates on request. schedule to be announced

The All-on-X case
arrives in a box
Final box
Inside the boxes
Two boxes,
one case
You order the case, not the individual pieces. The light-coloured box ships before surgery; the black one once the provisional has done its job. Each box arrives with everything that appointment needs, in the order you’ll use it.

- Try-inShaped like the final restoration: aesthetics, phonetics and vertical dimension, checked in the mouth.

Provisional box · immediate loading
- Digital previewThe design of the immediate provisional, to be approved on screen before printing.
- Custom trayPrinted to fit the model, for the implant impression.
- Digital opposing modelThe model of the opposing arch, from the scan.
- Post-extraction modelThe arch as it will be after the extractions, from the treatment plan.
- Printed preview, to be relinedOn the healing caps, on the day of surgery.
- Printed provisionalFrom the approved preview: to record the bite and the aesthetics.
Toronto Check
Yes or no,
before milling
The program measures the distal cantilevers of a Toronto bridge directly from the STL file and compares them with preset thresholds. The result is for guidance only and does not replace a professional assessment of the prosthesis.
